This form may be used to request verification or dispute all or part of a debt if submitted to us within the validation period related to the subject account. The validation period is calculated as follows: From the date of mailing the Validation notice (Unless the notice is returned to us as undeliverable by the USPS) 5 days for mailing, plus 30 days validation period, (as defined by section 1006.34(b)(5) of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau rules). Upon receiving the verification request or dispute within the validation period, we will take no further action related to the subject debt until we obtain and provide you with the required information.
